SnapFam is fully compliant with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). We never collect personal information from children under 13 without verified parental consent. All photos involving children are processed with additional safeguards, encrypted in transit and at rest, and permanently deleted within 30 days of generation.
