SnapFam collects the minimum information necessary to provide our AI photo generation service:

• Photos you upload for processing
• Account information (email address, name)
• Payment information (processed securely via third-party providers)
• Usage data (how you interact with our service)

2. How We Use Your Photos

Your uploaded photos are used solely for generating your requested AI portraits. We do NOT use your photos to train our AI models. Photos are encrypted in transit and at rest, and are automatically deleted within 30 days of generation.

3. COPPA Compliance

SnapFam is fully compliant with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). We take additional precautions with photos involving children:

• We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 without verified parental consent
• All children's photos receive additional encryption safeguards
• Parents can request immediate deletion of their child's photos at any time
• We never use children's photos for marketing, training, or any purpose beyond the requested service

4. Data Security

We employ industry-standard security measures including AES-256 encryption, secure HTTPS connections, access controls, and regular security audits to protect your data.

5. Data Retention & Deletion

Uploaded photos are automatically and permanently deleted within 30 days of your portrait being generated. Generated portraits are available for download during this period. You may request immediate deletion at any time by contacting privacy@snapfam.ai.

6. Third-Party Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your photos or personal information with third parties, except as necessary to provide our service (e.g., secure cloud processing) or as required by law.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access your personal data
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data
• Withdraw consent at any time
• Lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority
