SnapFam provides AI-powered photo generation services, including but not limited to family portraits, couple photos, pet portraits, and themed photoshoots created from user-uploaded photographs.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Only upload photos of yourself or people who have given you explicit consent
• Not use the Service to create deceptive, fraudulent, or harmful content
• Not upload photos of minors without being their parent or legal guardian
• Not use generated photos to impersonate others or for illegal purposes
• Comply with all applicable local, state, and federal laws

4. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of photos you upload. Generated AI photos are licensed to you for personal and commercial use. You may print, share, post, and distribute your generated photos freely.

5. Payment & Refunds

All plans are one-time payments. Pricing is displayed on our website. We offer a full money-back guarantee if you're unsatisfied with the quality of your generated photos.

6. Children's Privacy (COPPA)

Our Service complies with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). Parents and guardians must provide verified consent before uploading photos of children under 13. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

7. Prohibited Uses

You may NOT use SnapFam to:

• Create non-consensual intimate imagery
• Generate photos of public figures or celebrities without authorization
• Create content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, or discriminatory
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or extract our AI models
• Resell access to our Service without authorization

8. Limitation of Liability

SnapFam provides the Service “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
